'Emotional Faces' is a series of virtual reality filter, which can be used on Instagram. They express the feelings happiness, anger and fear.
Furthermore we created an exhibition environment where the visitor watches at two screens. One showing videomaterial which triggers the certain emotion, the other one his or hers tracked face with the filter playing as soon as they show the emotion on their face. The whole process is supported by a sound design.
The project was created in Cinema4D and animated in Spark AR. AI facetracking enables us to trace the facial expressions, which allows us to only activate the filter on the face when showing the exact type of emotion.
